Description

GoBootstrap.com is an internet service that helps entrepreneurs, self employed individuals, and small business owners track their business income and expenses, pay their estimated taxes on time, and organize their business finances for tax time.

Conditions of use:

Your use of the Service is subject to the following conditions. Violation of any of the conditions below may result in the immediate termination of your account from Bootstrap.

  1. You must be 13 years or older to use this Service. If you are under 13 and running your own business, number one - you're awesome; number two, please get a parent to manage an account for you:-)
  2. Only human beings are allowed to use the Service. No accounts created by bots, scripts, other automated methods or alien life forms are permitted.
  3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login information. Bootstrap will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to secure your login information.
  4. You understand and accept that use of this Service is at your own risk
  5. You understand and accept that the Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis.
  6. You understand and accept that Bootstrap does not warrant that the service:
    1. Is always available. We will do our best to keep the service up and running, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
    2. Is free of bugs or other defects. Again, we will do our best to fix issues as they are identified, but we can't guarantee that the software runs perfectly. We do, however, aspire to have it run better than the competition:-)
    3. Is 100% secure. However, we do use industry standard security measures to protect your information. For example, all account password are stored in an encrypted format that even we, Bootstrap, cannot access.
  7. Use of this service to generate or distribute unsolicited email is not only forbidden, but it would seriously tick us off. Don't even try.
  8. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You can't blame the dog.
  9. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). However, we make no provisions for laws of fashion - dress as you like.
  10. Any form or abuse or intimidation (written, verbal, physical, implied or otherwise) is strictly prohibited. Be nice, be professional...or be booted.
  11. You may not modify, adapt or hack the Service. And please don't hurt its feelings.
  12. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission of GoBootstrap.com
  13. You expressly understand and agree that GoBootstrap.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.
  14. The failure of Bootstrap to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bootstrap and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Bootstrap (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Modifications to the Service and pricing

  1. Bootstrap reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  2. Bootstrap may choose to begin charging for some or all of the Service at any time.
  3. Bootstrap shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
